Complete 6-piece CNC router bit set with AAA-Grade ER32 collets for making flat-panel MDF shaker-style cabinet doors and drawers. Tested on Mozaik and Cabinet Vision.

What's Included in this Shaker Kit?

90° V-Groove Bit (50.8mm): Cuts clean outer bevels and wide angled profile lines.

40mm Hogging Cutter: Clears out center pocket material quickly to keep door cycle times low.

6mm Downcut Spiral: Directs chips downward to prevent top-edge chipping or fuzzing on MDF and laminated materials.

3mm Cleanup Tool: Reaches into tight internal corners to produce square-looking inside frame corners.

20° Sharp V Cutter: Designed for fine detail lines, tight corner clearing, and crisp profiles. Ensures subtle inner bevel for even poly/2pac coating.

R5 Beading Bit: Cuts a classic 5mm radius bead profile along the inner panel edges.

Mozaik Tool files (.mzktool) and Panel Group files (.mzkgrp) can be provided.

A cutter is only as consistent as the collet holding it. Standard collets often suffer from excessive runout (wobble), which causes surface ridges, chatter marks, and premature wear. This kit includes six precision AAA-grade collets ground to a strict 0.005mm runout tolerance:

2 x 6mm ER32 Collets (AAA Grade, 0.005mm)

4 x 12.7mm (1/2") ER32 Collets (AAA Grade, 0.005mm)

What materials can I cut with this kit?

This set is engineered primarily for raw MDF and moisture-resistant (MR) MDF. It also works well on HDF, cabinet-grade plywood, solid timber, and melamine. Feed and spindle speeds may need to be adjusted to suit the material hardness.

Why does this kit include its own collets?

Worn or standard-grade collets quickly cause tool vibration. That vibration shows up as visible ridges in pocket floors and causes delicate tools like the 3mm cleanup bit to break prematurely. The included 0.005mm AAA collets ensure your tools run concentric, extending bit life and improving cut quality.

Will these tools and collets fit my CNC?

The tools are suitable for any CNC machine or router capable of holding 12.7mm (1/2 inch) tool shanks. These collets fit any standard ER32 tool holder or ER32 spindle nut such as those on the Aaron CORE CNC Machine line. They will not fit spindles that use ER16, ER20, or ISO/BT tool holders with different collet styles. Your existing toolholders and collets should be marked with their specifications.

Can I run these cutters on a standard flatbed CNC?

Yes. The cutters are suited for nested-base flatbed CNC routers commonly used in cabinet shops.
