Separating Device

Prevents hot melt glue from contaminating the panel surface, delivering a consistently clean, residue‑free finish after gluing.

Pre-Milling Unit

Dual 65 mm diamond cutters eliminate surface defects and burrs along the panel edge, creating the ideal substrate for superior edge banding adhesion and finish quality.

Panel Pre-heating Unit

Preheats the gluing surface in low‑temperature environments, significantly improving adhesive bond strength for reliable performance in all conditions.

Fast-Melting Gluing System

Features an upper glue pot coating system combined with automatic glue granule supply. Delivers precise, uniform glue application, stable operation, and rapid changeover between glue types for maximum productivity.

Tape In-feed Alarm Device

Monitors edge banding tape in real time and triggers an immediate alert when the tape runs out. Prevents costly production interruptions and eliminates the risk of incomplete edging defects.

Pressing Unit

Pneumatic Fine Trimming

One‑key adjustment via the touchscreen interface. Features integrated hinge hole avoidance (compatible with 35mm hinge holes). Trims excess edge tape into a smooth R‑shaped arc, leaving a seamless, flush finish perfectly aligned with the panel surface.

Corner Rounding

Profiles the four corners of the panel with precision, creating a refined, safe, and aesthetically pleasing edge detail.

Pneumatic Scraping

Independent scraping unit with pneumatic adjustment and screen‑controlled quick changeover. Includes hinge hole avoidance functionality. Eliminates cutter marks and refines the R‑shaped radius left by fine trimming, delivering a perfectly smooth, flawless surface.

Flexible Flat Scraping

Upper flat scraping employs a three‑axis cylinder for superior adaptability, lower flat scraping features hinge hole avoidance. Effectively removes residual hot melt adhesive from the panel surface, ensuring a clean, professional finish.

Buffing Unit

Removes adhesive residue and polishes both the edge band and panel surface to a smooth, uniform sheen for a premium, ready‑to‑ship appearance.
